Seller was very accommodating with my order. This is actually my second set because I loved my first set so much, I purchased another. These cooler bags work very well!!! With ice packs, it kept my groceries, food, and drinks very cold. The insulation in these bags are so insanely good, I forgot to put one of my canned drinks in the fridge so it was warm...I live in Hawaii so the drink was very warm. I put my very warm canned drink in the pink cooler bag (attached is a photo) with some ice packs and other cold drinks just before 7 a.m. By the time I wanted to drink it, which was about 10 a.m., my very warm canned drink was ice cold!! I purchased the pink version of the bag that I ordered previously. I left 5 stars feedback for that transaction and also provided some photos of the bags I purchased. I loved it so much, I ordered the lime green version and purchased another pink one.
