I ordered a variety of sizes--small, medium, large, and extra large. I am very pleased with the quality of these items for the price I paid. I would say unless someone is extremely large then the size Small can fit anyone who wears US size up to 10. It is very roomy. The Small is short but it comes a few inches below the bottom for a 5'2" women. Size Large comes to the knee on a 5'6" women. Quite frankly the only difference I notice in the sizing is the length of the robe.All in all the robe is good for my purposes which are bachelorette and birthday parties. If you want them short and cute order a small or medium. If you want them to come to the knee order a large or extra large.
