Bags are excellent quality and arrived very quickly via UPS once I approved the sample photo. The seller communicates quickly. Only reason not 5 stars is the description says "Free shipping custom personalized reusable bags with printed logo" however the price you see is for the bag only. You have to pay separate for screen printing to add logo. Also, the plastic inserts that are normally at the bottom of reusable bags to make them more sturdy are not included. see more
